Each app has its own 1,000 calls/hour bucket. Auto-checks every 5 min.
Auto-updating: Worker cron checks Podio every 5 min and stores results in KV.
This page fetches from KV (no extra Podio calls). Click "Refresh Now" to force a live Podio check.
Cost: 2 Podio API calls per check (1 per app) = ~24/hr out of 1,000/hr limit.
